Education in all areas has it’s challenges and problems. Creating institutions holds many obstacles and the cooperation between groups and governments.
Despite there not being many developments and progress since 2005, recent moves hold much promise for the future. Given the historical challenges, things can only seem to improve from here and moving forwards.
